Our studios have specific policies in place to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for our clients. While these policies can vary slightly between different studios.

Appointments: Our studios require clients to schedule appointments in advance to guarantee a time slot. Walk-ins may be accommodated if there is availability, but it's best to call ahead.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Studios usually have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. This may involve providing a minimum notice period (e.g., 24 or 48 hours) for any changes to the appointment. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in a cancellation fee or loss of a deposit.

Deposits: Our studio requires a 50$ deposit at the time of booking an appointment, particularly for new clients or longer sessions. The deposit is often non-refundable and goes toward the cost of the service.

Late Arrivals: It's important to arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, inform the studio as soon as possible. Depending on service we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service duration to ensure we can accommodate other clients.

Hygiene: Eyelash extension studios prioritize cleanliness and hygiene. We have guidelines on arriving with clean lashes (no mascara or other eye makeup) and practicing good eye hygiene before the appointment.

Age Policy: Clients must be at least 18 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.

Patch Tests: We recommend new clients to undergo a patch test before the actual eyelash extension application. This test helps identify any potential allergies or sensitivities to the products used.

Payment: Studios accept cash/cash apps and credit/debit cards, but it's always a good idea to confirm to avoid any inconvenience.

Refills and Touch-Ups: If you're getting refills or touch-ups, inquire about the studio's policy regarding the time frame between appointments and the condition of your lashes to be eligible for these services.

Aftercare Guidelines: Our studio will provide aftercare instructions to help clients maintain their eyelash extensions. These guidelines may include avoiding water and steam for a certain period, refraining from rubbing or pulling the lashes, and using specific products for cleaning and maintenance.

Children Policy: Please, no children in the treatment rooms. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby, unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.

Foreign Fill Policies: We kindly require all of our clients with existing lash extensions from other salons/spas to book a consultation FIRST before booking a fill appointment. We must first assess the work to be sure we can work over it. If we cannot work over the existing work, we will recommend a removal and full set. If you are unable to come in for a consultation first, we recommend booking a full set to ensure your lash artist has enough time with you.
